Congrats to Russell Wolff '89 TU '94 for receiving Dartmouth Alumni Award!

 

Russell was recognized by Dartmouth at the annual Alumni Awards Gala on October 18 during the 219th meeting of the Dartmouth Alumni Council.  You can read more about it here, and watch the video here.

 

Class of 1989 Sets Several Dartmouth College Fund Records
The Class of 1989 continued its legacy of excellence with an exceptional performance in  this year's Dartmouth College Fund (DCF), receiving 5 major awards.  Besides winning the prestigious "Class of the Year" award, the '89 Class received 4 other awards for DCF giving and participation, including:

  • Class of 1938 Award: Highest Reunion Dollar Total - $8,017,311
  • Roger C. Wilde 1921 Award: New Reunion Dollar Record - $8,017,311
  • Class of 1964 Award: Greatest Number of 1769 Society Members - 124
  • Centennial Circle Alumnae Award: Greatest Number of New Circle Members 

More specifically, '89's led all  classes in DCF Giving (setting a new record of > $8 Million) and added 12 new members to the Bartlett Tower Society (BTS).  The '89 Class also led all reunion classes in DCF Participation > 52%.

Dartmouth Recognizes Class of 1989 as 2019 Reunion Class of the Year

The Class of 1989 has taken seriously the call to excel in all four pillars of class activity: leading by example, building strong community, communications that get results, and service that shows a true commitment to Dartmouth and each other.

89 Cares

The mission of 89 Cares is to provide a support network of ’89 volunteers for classmates who are undergoing challenging life events.  

If a classmate or their family is experiencing a serious illness or a loss of life, 89 Cares can be mobilized to provide moral support, communication and non financial assistance to the classmate or family in need.
